Austinmer SLSC
Austinmer Surf Life Saving Club was founded in 1909 and continues today providing a safe, family friendly beach for both locals and visitors alike to enjoy.
Bellambi SLSC
Bellambi SLSC was formed on the 23rd January 1909 and is proud to be able to provide volunteers to patrol the beach on weekends and public holidays during the summer months.
Bulli SLSC
Bulli Surf Life Saving Club was formed in 1913 and have had a proud history in surf life saving. We are steeped in tradition, mate-ship and memories that last a lifetime.
Coalcliff SLSC
As its name would suggest, the township of Coalcliff was originally founded to exploit the area’s abundant and valuable coal resources, whose seams are still visible in the escarpment cliffs.
Coledale SLSC
Coledale Surf Life Saving Club was founded in 1913, since then the club has provided volunteer life savers who give their time and in one instance, their lives for the protection of the users of Coledale beach.
Corrimal SLSC
Corrimal Surf Life Saving Club has been a part of the local community since its establishment in 1911.
Fairy Meadow SLSC
Fairy Meadow Surf Life Saving Club was founded in 1950 by a group of local residents, to safe guard the people of Fairy Meadow and the Balgownie areas, that swum at our beach.
Helensburgh Stanwell Park SLSC
Helensburgh-Stanwell Park S.L.S.C. was formed on 11th February, 1908, and thus became one of the first Surf Clubs formed in the Commonwealth of Australia.
North Wollongong SLSC
North Wollongong Surf Life Saving Club is one of the better known clubs in the Illawarra and enjoys a premier location at beautiful North Beach in Wollongong.
Port Kembla SLSC
Port Kembla Surf Club is located approx 5 kilometres south of the Wollongong CBD and is situated at the eastern end of Cowper Street. Port Kembla Beach is regarded as one of Wollongong’s most prestigious beaches.
Sandon Point SLSC
Sandon Point Surf Life Saving Club was established in 1961 and is located in Bulli in the Illawarra region of New South Wales, Australia.
Scarborough Wombarra SLSC
Scarborough Wombarra Surf Life Saving Club has continued to develop into an important club, maintaining its valued position within the wider community.
Thirroul SLSC
Thirroul Beach became a popular beach at the turn of the last century. Alarmed at the increasing number of rescues being performed, the locals formed one of the first surf clubs outside of Sydney in 1908.
Towradgi SLSC
Towradgi Surf Life Saving Club is located approx 5kms north of the Wollongong CBD.
Windang SLSC
Windang Surf Club is at the southern end of Perkins Beach, the longest in the Wollongong area at 6.6km.
Wollongong City SLSC
Wollongong City SLSC's proud tradition of 100 years continues today by providing surf patrols during the swimming season at Wollongong City Beach.
Woonona SLSC
Our club has two beginnings, the first being in 1913-14 but was disbanded during World War One in 1916 due to the unavailability of a skipper (Captain).
